Requirments

Make sure you have correct spelling && grammar. We will not re-make your button if you spell something wrong

Please provide a valid email address. We need to contact you when we finish your request.

Please only request 1-2 buttons at a time. We will have a waiting list, and you may only be on there once each week.

If the button you requested isn't how you wanted, please let us know, we will replace it a.s.a.p (only 2 times though sorry :c)

Please give credit back to ForgottenRequiem for these. We take the time to make them for you, the least you can do is provide a little spot saying "button made by ForgottenRequiem.com". If we find you don't have credit to us, or claim you made the button yourself you shall go on our Blacklist. These are made by myself, so please credit c:
