Welcome to Forgotten Requiem's 2008 Pre-Halloween contest. Webmistress Riona loves to celebrate halloween even in Australia and as a special treat she has put together a fun and exciting contest. Enjoy its frightfully good ;D

The Challenge: To make an awesome Halloween themed banner & icon for Riona =3
Theme: Halloween (L)
Contest Starts: 9th September
Contest Ends: 19th September
The Judges: The almighty Riona-chan ^0^ && The pwnful Kiba from Anacaona ;D


Contest Rules

Here are the basic rules for this years contest.

Deadly Sin #1: All entries must have been made by you and no one else!
Deadly Sin #2: You may only enter once.
Deadly Sin #3: You must give credits for brushes/textures used in the form
Deadly Sin #4: You must give valid details (eg. email, username etc)
Deadly Sin #5: If you own a website please add that too
Deadly Sin #6: Do not try to rip off other graphics.
Deadly Sin #7: Be creative & try something really out there!
